After being vacated by Aquatics Industries, Inc. last summer, new life is starting to emerge at 11880 FM 2243 in Leander. Mike Elmore of MPE Realty is redeveloping the 80,000 square-foot project at the cost of $5 million into Business Park 2243, a mixed-use development that will house a community theater, private elementary and middle school along with other retail and office tenants.
