Single-family home sales are up and inventory is down, prompting optimism among Austin real estate experts.
According to the Austin Board of Realtors’ data released by the Austin Business Journal, single-family home sales totaled 1,949 in April 2012 which is up 16% compared to the same month last year. The median price of $212,000 is 9% higher than a year ago.
