The buyer was recycler Balcones Resources. Rob Eaves of NAI REOC Austin represented Alcolock TX in their lease of 2,721 square feet of office/warehouse space to serve as their headquarters facility in Cameron Business Park 2 located at 9701 Dessau Road in Austin, Travis County, Texas. Alcolock TX installs ignition interlock devices. Lawrence O’Connor of HPI represented the owner.
