XBiotech USA Inc. wants to build a huge $200 million campus in East Austin that could employ up to 2,000 people – and the company is seeking government incentives to make it happen.
XBiotech has bought a 48-acre site at 5217 Winnebago Lane not far from its current location at 8201 E. Riverside Drive.

Will Apple Inc. build a cutting-edge, architecturally stunning regional headquarters here in Austin? Will it be something akin to the gigantic spaceship-styled edifice it has planned at its world headquarters in Cupertino, Calif.?
I wouldn’t bet on it. In fact, it appears that Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) is planning to build two rather conventional office buildings on land it now owns near Parmer Lane and Delcour Drive in Northwest Austin.

NAI Austin Industrial Specialist Mark Milstead and Land Specialist and Senior Broker Kurt VanderMeulen negotiated the lease renewal of 15,937 square feet of office and warehouse space in Northwest Austin to JMC Products. The headquarters, located at 10315 Metropolitan Drive, Suite A, serves as a hub for inventory, management, and shipping globally.
JMC Products, started in 1991, sells cooling products worldwide with an emphasis on long-lasting customer relations. Between Asia and North America, JMC Products has 800 employees and recently opened a factory in Dong Guan, China. The company supplies products such as all CPU fans for AMD and Intel processors, AC and DC fans, and the patented Intellifan.
