Buckeye International expands in Pflugerville

Rob Eaves of NAI REOC Austin represented Buckeye International, Inc. in the lease of 4,800 square feet of warehouse space at 1500 Central Commerce Circle, Suite B in Pflugerville, TX, represented by Roy Beard of Vara Properties.  The transaction marks an expansion of operations for the Missouri-based janitorial supply company.

Alcolock TX sets up HQ at Cameron Business Park

Rob Eaves of NAI REOC Austin represented Alcolock TX in their lease of 2,721 square feet of office/warehouse space to serve as their headquarters facility in Cameron Business Park 2 located at 9701 Dessau Road in Austin, Travis County, Texas.  Alcolock TX installs ignition interlock devices.  Lawrence O’Connor of HPI represented the owner.

7700 W Parmer lands Polycom Inc.

By the end of the year, Polycom Inc. a California-based communications company, will move from its current River Place Corporate Park location at 6500 River Place Blvd. to its new Austin office at 7700 W. Parmer Lane.  The new space, double its current size, will accomodate recent and future growth.  Polycom hired forty people last year and expects to add another twenty this year.

NAI REOC Austin represents lease of Unity Center

9603 Dessau Rd.

Unity Center of Positive Prayer, at 9603 Dessau Road in Austin, TX, leased their 13,100 square-foot church building to The Universal Church.  The lease was signed March 24th, 2011.  Joyce Jane Weedman of NAI REOC Austin represented the landlord and Susan Annoura of Annoura Realty Group represented the tenant.

ArthroCare fills Lantana Corporate Center

ArthroCare Corp. recently leased two vacant buildings spanning 136,075 square feet at Lantana Corporate Center I & II located at 7000 W. William Cannon Drive in South Austin.  The Austin-based surgical products developer signed a ten-year lease and plans to occupy the space in early August after vacating their existing 41,000 square feet at 7500 Rialto, Bldg 2.
